THREE AXIS WELDING POSITIONER
Capacities: from 1.250 kg (2,800 lb) to 100.000 kg (220,500 lb)
Movements: elevation, inclination up to 140° and electrical rotation of the table.
FEATURES:
The innovative ROTOLIFT positioners and handlers have been designed for assembling and welding operations where rotation, tilt and lifting are required.
This allows the operator to work in an ergonomic position, to considerably reduce the working times and the use of traditional lifting means.
The machine lifts and tilts the piece to process by means of hydraulic cylinders, while the piece support table rotates with controlled speed by means of an electrical or hydraulic-driven unit.
ADVANTAGES OF USING ROTOLIFT:
- ROTOLIFT speeds up assembly, welding and mounting operations while minimizing the use of lifting equipment.
- ROTOLIFT eliminates the inefficiencies of personnel responsible for the production caused by the limited availability of lifting equipment.
- ROTOLIFT improves the performances and the personnel return because it drastically reduces the handling of the pieces, speeding up each operation.
- ROTOLIFT correctly places the pieces to weld permitting an adequate deposit of the welding bath. As a consequence, even non-highly qualified personnel can carry out safe and good quality weldings.
- ROTOLIFT guarantees a totally safe work: the piece to process is easily fixed to the horizontally positioned rotating table and moved without giving up any position. This prevents the continue use of lifting equipment (overhead crane, lifting trolley, cables, bands and chains) and the related risks.
- ROTOLIFT is an ergonomic machine featuring great flexibility and mobility. The operator can place the piece in the suitable position for him. This totally eliminates the need to work bending down the ground level or climbing stairs and/or scaffoldings.
